• MelReads
  • Mel is by far my favorite book personality! She goes so in-depth with her reviews and recommendations and always has an open-mind to book genres she may not be too familiar with. Her videos are refreshing and I’m always excited for the next one!
• A Clockwork Reader
  • I have Hannah to thank for getting me back into reading. Her reviews are so honest, raw, and entertaining. She’s so smart and well-spoken that I’m nothing but captivated when I watch her videos. We have similar tastes in books, so I’m always open to book recommendations from her!
• Jack in the Books
  • Out of my favorite book influencers, I share my love of Asian literature with Jack the most. He’s known for his personal library and book haul videos, but his review and recommendation videos are my favorite! Although he makes a lot of content, it seems like he never runs out of entertaining ideas. I definitely recommend his videos to people who don’t even read!
• Haley Pham
  • I will never read a book recommended by Haley Pham… but let me explain. Haley is new to reading in comparison to the other influencers, so her opinions and takes are very refreshing. However, I don’t think her and I have similar book tastes at all. Surprisingly enough, her videos are very entertaining! If you like YA, romance, fantasy, or a mix of all three, you’ll love Haley Pham!

  • Book Balms! is heavily inspired by Tiffany’s blog: ReadByTiffany. Her love and knowledge of Asian/Asian-American literature is what motivated me to make that the main focus of my blog, and I will always consider her an inspiration. Her blog isn’t just about Asian literature however, so make sure to check her out either way!
